Quality Policy
Top Management of Maplin Engineering will establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System that delivers the following:
- We will provide quality objectives, which will be reviewed at Management Review meetings or more frequently should Top Management deem it necessary.
- We are committed to satisfying all legal and other requirements identified by Top Management (e.g., Compliance Register).
- Through performance analysis, we are committed to continually improving our Quality Management System and thereby the quality of products and services we provide to our clients.
Health & Safety Policy
Top Management is committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions and preventing work-related injury and ill health, having due regard to the nature and complexity of our business and the associated risks and opportunities arising.
- We will set Occupational Health and Safety objectives, which will be reviewed at Management Review meetings or sooner should circumstances deem it necessary.
- We are committed to fulfilling our legal obligations and any other requirements required by our clients or which we, as an organisation, sign up to
- We are committed to eliminating hazards and reducing occupational health and safety risks to which our people or others may be exposed as a result of the work we undertake.
- We will analyse data from the management system and continually improve our performance.
- We will consult and participate with our workers and, where appropriate, their representatives in enhancing our health and safety performance.
Environmental Policy
Top Management will establish, implement, and maintain an Environmental Policy appropriate to the scope of our Environmental Management System, with particular reference to the context of our organisation, including the nature, scale, and environmental impacts of our activities, products, and services.
- We will set achievable environmental objectives, which will be reviewed at Management Review meetings or more frequently should Top Management deem it necessary.
- We will ensure that we identify and comply with relevant legal and other requirements for the protection of the environment and the prevention of pollution.
- We will strive to continually improve our Environmental Management System by analysing the data generated and utilising it to drive positive change.
