Maplin’s internal safety programme, Beyond Zero – encompasses an incident and injury-free environment which involves all employees being responsible to contribute to the safe delivery of projects. We support our people and the decisions they make within our integrated business management system, which is independently certified to international standards. 

Beyond Zero toolkit is issued to all Team Leaders, containing tools to raise awareness. Occupational Health, Safety and Vehicle Drivers Code are developed to assist and encourage employees to consider safety in all areas of their professional and personal lives.
